1) Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.The shipping e-mail you receive will contain a tracking number for your package. Within 48 hours of shipment, you can go to the Order Tracking page to track your package.
2) Shipment origin & destination
When making a purchase, please carefully consider the shipment origin and destination, as your choice will affect the delivery time and shipping costs.
'China' indicates shipping from China with no restrictions on the destination.
'US' (Only for US) indicates shipping from a US warehouse and is only available for delivery within the US.
'CA' (Only for CA) indicates shipping from a Canadian warehouse and is only available for delivery within Canada.
'DE' (Only for DE FR IT ES PL CZ NL) indicates shipping from a German warehouse and is available for delivery to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands.

1) How long will it take to get my order?
Once a single order is shipped for products in the China warehouse, most orders will arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination.
2) I bought several products; why has only one set arrived?
If the order is shipped from China, we generally pack several products separately because of their large size and heavy weight. That is to say, if customers buy multiple products, they will receive multiple packages. (As a result, we are unable to offer free shipping for multiple purchases.) So please wait patiently for all of the packages

Shipping insurance offers superior protection and safety for your valuable items during international delivery. We'll reship your parcel immediately at no extra charge if it's reported as lost or damaged.

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing: Usually 1-2 working days; Peak season: 3-5 days
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
6) Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
As of July 1, 2021, the European Union will change the tax laws related to the sale of goods to EU member states. VAT (also known as VAT) is levied in countries/territories within the EU and in the UK. VAT in the EU is calculated based on destination-based purchasing, which means that customers are charged a tax based on where they are located. The minimum rate for this tax is 15%, but each member state sets its own rate.
After July 1, 2021, orders equal to or less than 150 Euros will be subject to VAT, while orders for amounts greater than 150 Euros will be subject to import VAT and customs duties.
7) Verification of shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as they appear on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly.
When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If, according to the delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information, which may delay your order.
8) Do You Ship To PO BOX(APO/FPO/DPO)Address?
Generally speaking, we don't support this kind of service.
So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate, and detailed shipping information, along with your phone number for shipping. Your cooperation will be much appreciated. All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.
The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. You can also sign into your account to track your order, or you can also contact our customer team to ask for help.

10) Wrong or faulty item I received
If you find that there is a fault with an item or the wrong item you have received, please let us know right away through our customer service team. Please include as many details, like photos, as possible about the order and the problem with the items, and we will find a decent way to solve this for you.
11) Missing any items in my order
As different arrivals of the items, sometimes we don't send all the items you've ordered at the same time, so some of your items will arrive separately. There is an email to tell you whether your items were sent separately. So first check your email box, and if there are any doubts, please feel free to contact us.
